KONGEIKO 2011

The annual Kongeiko Extreme Winter Training on January 29-30, 2011 was an awesome success to start the year. This event, a three-hour training session for child and junior students and six hours for adults is a testament of our student’s mind, body and spirit. Completion of Kongeiko is a life changing experience and is an milestone accomplishment for all students of AMMA.

The child and junior students performed 7,240 repetitions in three hours, WOW! The adults, lead by Shihan, Sensei Konner and Sensei Schildiner broke the school record of 28,000 techniques by completing 29,180 repetitions in six hours. Congratulations to all participants; you showed true Black Belt Excellence, OSSAHH!!!
