Team Amorosi

Team Amorosi is the official competition team of Amorosi's Mixed Martial Arts. The team represents the best AMMA has to offer in a competitive arena.

The mission of Team Amorosi is to deploy its members into all forms of competition in order to exemplify the limitless potential of Amorosi's Mixed Martial Arts. In today's modern martial arts, many systems have popped up, the question is how many will still be standing in the future?

Team Amorosi was created to showcase that Amorosi's Mixed Martial Arts is an effective system that is applicable in today's vast array of competitions. The members are hand picked, and must try out for the team. Training is intense, as victory in competition is the goal. Each member must compete in at least one aspect of competition.

AMMA participates in the following type of competitions:

• Sparring or Kumite - MMA, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Point fighting, submission grappling, and No Holds Barred.
• Forms or Kata - Both empty hand and weapons in a traditional, open or creative format.
• Breaking or Tamashiwari - Boards, bricks, blocks, ice, and glass.
• Self Defense - Unarmed and armed

Team Amorosi is one of the most prized accomplishment of Amorosi's Mixed Martial Arts.
